April ALYoF Goal

It took me a little while to decide what WIP I wanted to dedicate as my April goal... You would think it would be easy considering I have an entire list to choose from. So after much deliberation I have decided to make finishing my Sister's Ten BOM quilt top my goal. We're (hopefully) moving into our new house on the 1st of May so I didn't want to get too adventurous with my goal. My Sister's Ten BOM is cut and ready to go so it shouldn't be too tricky to finish amongst the packing.

The last time I worked on these blocks consistently was September of last year, so I really need to get the ball rolling since the BOM ended in December. I was telling my friend that other day that I have kinda fallen out of love with this quilt because I'm not a huge fan of the fabrics anymore.

She mentioned selling it, and I entertained the idea, but the other day my Grammo mentioned that my Great-Aunt Gloria would love a quilt so this one is going to be hers. I think she'll really love it!

  1. I was just thinking about how gorgeous the fabrics are! I'm working on this quilt, too, so it is super fun to see another color combination. Its going to be so pretty!! What a sweet gift for your great aunt.
